"Location of this unit is excellent - between Banff and Canmore. Loved outdoor amenities of grill and fire pit areas. The unit is very clean, well maintained and very well appointed. "Perfect location in Banff town. you can walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants right around the property, so we never had to use our car. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and having two good restaurants inside the lodge was a nice bonus. What really stood out was the service. I asked multiple questions over WhatsApp and got responses within a minute every single time. That level of responsiveness is rare and genuinely impressive. Overall, this was easily the best decision for our stay in Banff. If you’re considering this place, it’s a no-brainer."
