“This apartment was GREAT! Jon's place was beautiful and clean. There were already some spices there to use. It would have been nice to have some condiment packets to use but wasn't an issue. Loved the exposed brick in the apartment and inside the building.It was easy to navigate the area. We were in town for Tigers game. Getting to and from Comerica was super easy and quick! Don't be concerned when you view the apartment area on a map. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its an old industrial area……

“Brittany is a considerate host who will give you privacy when you need it but willing to help make your stay comfortable. She knows the area well and can give you great recommendations. The space is well equipped with everything you need, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a great location in a historic neighborhood. ”

“This apartment was much better than pictured very spacious very clean. The location is top-notch. You’re very close to everything you could wanna be including restaurants, bars, parks the riverfront, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend.”

“The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was……

“Location was fantastic! Pre-visit communication was wonderful, as well as while we were onsite. However, the apartment definitely showed wear and tear. Cabinet doors were falling off, etc. ”
