「First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy).
Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!」

「Arrived London early at 8 am
am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning.
While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet.
