Easy to check in. Pleasant experience. The place was very clean and comfortable. My family had a great time and we plan on doing it again.

Had an excellent stay in Big Bear with the family in the beautiful cabin. Cabin is very spacious and clean. Slept our family of 9 comfortably. Marketplace was 5 mins away down the road. Highly recommended this to any family looking for a Big Bear getaway.

The place was nice but some of the cleaning supplies need to be replaced. It was lovely to have a two car garage. The rooms were spacious.

The location & the Cabin was excellent, we totally enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple of problems One: the alarm was on when we opened the Cabin & we didn’t have the code, luckily we could call the management company for the code. Two: TV was not easy to use, you should leave instructions on how to use it. Otherwise we were comfortable & loved our stay.
