Great experience

We had a great experience al Sunset Haven. We were able to comunicate all the time with Big Bear Cool Cabin office. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

It's a cabin….

It was snowing when I arrived and as long as I stayed, the temp was the same inside as it was out, especially downstairs. Other issues with the home include: loose toilet seat in the master, clogged shower head and all the pans that I grabbed were not clean as I was told they would be. Overall, a 4/10 and way overpriced. Will not be staying again.
