“Nice clean place.nice pool..”

“I initially was not looking forward to my stay here as I had booked online and after booking, I received a notification saying that the waterpark area was closed so within 24 hours, I tried to cancel my reservation. I tried three times and they would not refund it to me as a policy was no refunds. I will say, though I was treated amazingly my room was beautiful. It was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here to stay. ”

“This is a hidden gem. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were CLEAN, the beds were FANTASTIC, the property was inviting and affordable. How we missed this hotel each visit prior??? NEVER AGAIN!! We’ll be back here each time we visit Branson!! Thanks for a great stay.”

“Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we had no issues. Arrived late evening. Check-in was simple. Staff were all professional, helpful and courteous. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream were available at night. Breakfast had several options. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice. We were satisfied. Would stay here again.”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were……
