Room was beautiful and staff were great except for staff in bar. Wasn’t very welcoming and my drink wasn’t quite right. Otherwise everything else great.

Yes the staff were helpful to an extent
Our room was freezing upon arrival I tried to switch air con on but nothing
I rang reception and they tried to explain how to work it in there words if it doesn’t work it may be a frozen pipe
So still no heating
Complained again the following day when they gave us a electric radiator
Breakfast wasn’t great either Luke warm food and Luke warm coffee / tea for the price I paid for the two nights deffo not worth it .
