Burlington Hotel with Pool

"I booked the wrong Hyatt Place and was given no help from Hyatt. Before I booked the hotel"

"There was no towels in the room upon check in and when we came from a comedy show the dead bolt on the door didn’t work didn’t sleep knowing only the top lock worked reported that also nothing was done about that several entrances were out of order and an elevator was not working "

"Breaksfast is simple nothing spectacular. But the stations is clean. The orange juice needs a lil work. But over all it will get the job done. "

"Very nice property. Would consider the facility and rooms higher end. The parking structure was open when I was there which made parking super easy. Not sure if that's always the case. Really nice bar in the lobby. The only issue I had was the door for the connecting room wasn't very soundproof and I could hear the neighbors TV late into the night. May want to request a unconnected room."

"The staff greeting you are so pleasant and welcoming! Made check-in easy! Breakfast is yummy! Has a cool “pancake machine” that makes pancakes on a conveyer belt format! Cool!! Room was clean… only complaint (and I reported this twice) people adjacent to my room were DEFINITELY smoking in their room- and smoke lingered in from air vents! Other than that… room was nice- staff great! "

"Why does this hotel not allow smoking but allows pot being smoked in the rooms? A charge for cleaning if you smoke unless it’s pot?? I have kids that have been exposed to this disgusting behavior. Get it together! "
