“地点距离我的会议中心有点远，打车很不方便，员工没有很友善”

“The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!”

“Clean hotel and very good location. Service is very good all over the place. They wanted to make sure that we were happy our stay/ Even the general manager Jose approached us to make sure we have grateful stay. Thank you for everything.”

“Palmar was great. Staff not as pleasant as other Villa group resort. But all in all was great. I liked the presidential suite. But lotta $$ difference. The only problem is the family like Valencia totally the best. So we couldn't enjoy as much because they were spoiled at Valencia 😫 previously. But love the VILLA group ❤️✌️”

“All good great location”

“房间里的设施太陈旧，淋浴花洒太差了。早餐太差，连最基本的面包都不供应。刚住的时候换了两次房，一次卫生间水池坏的，一次晚上噪音吵到半夜3点，最后换了个房间总算不吵了。性价比太差了，还不如住更便宜的。完全对不起万豪这个品牌。”

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“The property grounds were very clean, all of the staff was super friendly, the room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the pool was nice, there were always available seats around the pool. We will continue to come here.”

“Perfect location and very nice staff. I will stay here again!”

“Increíble estadía Estuvimos 3 noches en esta propiedad, los departamentos son divinos, amplios, limpios, buena decoración, la ubicación es un 10 cerca de la plaza, del corredor turístico, tiendas etc. Los alimentos son un 10 pedimos desayuno y cena y las porciones bastas, muy deli todo, el personal es extremadamente atentos, muy amables todos. Felicidades es un 100/10 hospedarse con ustedes.”

“Exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing - so helpful, kind, generous, and friendly. They truly made the trip. The food was 10/10, the room was beautiful and clean, and we loved having both arco and palmar for food options - kept things interesting. Special shout out to Liz - I saw her go above and beyond more than once to make everyone’s stay as good as possible.”

“Could not find property. Asked hotels in area after an hour of trying to locate the hotel. No one had heard of this place. ”

“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……

“The only thing I don’t like was, that they don’t have coffee in the room for mornings.”
