「I would have given it a perfect 5 stars but the bartenders would not customize my drinks to my specifications. They cited having to follow their own recipe for inventory purposes. I loved their mezcalitos and margaritas. But their daquiris and pina colada were not creamy or sweet enough for my American palette. 「This hotel has been one of my favorite for a long time until this time. Now the property is dated the rooms are old and unkept. The plug next to the sink had the cover completely off and broken the walls were mark med with scuff marks and overall the room felt old. I asked for an ocean view and my room had a huge palm tree obstructing the view. They did move me rooms but the overall hassle was too much.」

The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「The hotel location is good and quality of food is really good. Some member's of the staff are doing really well, congratulations to Carmen, Pedro, Sylvana, Carlos, Johan, Cesar. But service could be better, for instance the waiting time at the main bar and 12 tribes restaurant takes too long some times. The hotel needs a full renovation including the gym. But the hotel rooms are in good condition.」
