“The view was beautiful and the food was good for an all inclusive. The rooms were nice, but not luxury. Most other guests were also couples, so there is a romantic vibe. The pool is the best part! Not a ton to do at the resort, but Cabo is just a short uber ride!”

“I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.”

“This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place -
But 3 things that we did not like
A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring
B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean
C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean……

“I have few negative comments: the bathroom could use a little love. The sink barely drained and the tub faucet was completely loose. Those are simple fixes that I have no doubt the maintenance staff will address promptly.
Those “complaints” aside, our trip was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful and so well cared for. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is great and the dining venues are great (especially Bella California where you get……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel
Has potential-but needs lots of improvements.”

“MONEY STOLEN!!
We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF.
During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……
