"The rooms need to be updated. For four nights there was a fiesta going on off property with extremely loud music and base from midnight until 4:00 am. We needed ear plugs. Contacted the front desk who said they couldn't do anything about it. We asked to move to a quieter area. They took our room number but never helped out with moving us. It was talked about by numerous people at the resort. Some small bugs in the room but not bedbugs. Food and wait staff were great.🌴☀️🌴"

"This was a wonderful place to stay, with lots of restaurants to choose from without having to go into town. The location is great and on the beach which is swimable mostly, just have to be careful on some days the waves were pretty rough. The only thing I would wish to change is the cost of everything, if it were a little more reasonably priced I would be able to visit more often. But thank you for a wonderful Cabo experience!"

"Beautiful condo and great location! This house was large with lovely rooms and spacious bathrooms. The patio is huge! The pool and beach area are gorgeous. The staff here are helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this property enough and I hope to stay here again. Mike was very helpful getting me in touch with Armando who coordinated all our groceries and activities. We went to town/marina multiple times and always felt very safe. The desert spa was simply amazing at this facility - I went for different treatments everyday. My children are teenagers and they enjoyed themselves very much as well. We purchased some boogie boards and googles from the hotel store and that was all they needed to have a great time. Pedro, the pool bartender, was the favorite of my older children. They also enjoyed the snorkeling and jet skis, which were close walking distance down the beach from the resort."
