"very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! "We liked everything. The food was good, the main menu is different each day, but there are also regular positions such as pizza, ice cream, fruits. After reading several reviews we were very worried about the food, since some people mentioned it is not exceptional. I would say, that for this price the food is perfect, if you buy all inclusive option you will definitely find something perfect for you. Alcoholic drinks were also good, with quite a big choice, we enjoyed sangria, wines and cocktails from each of the three bars.
The hotel is very good, the pool area and lounge zones are wonderful, always clean and very comfortable, you will always find a place to chill.
The sea is very close to the hotel so you can choose where to swim in the pool or in the sea, but please note that the beach is public.

"We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday! "
