Clean and great features in a good neighbourhood adjacent to the Hotel Zone. Highly recommend if you’re travelling alone or as a couple and want a simple stay away from the resorts.

I love Barcelona Cancún! The apartment was very convenient to walkable restaurants and Walmart. A quick uber drive to other tourist areas. We stayed for 5 nights.

Perfect location in Cancun. Walking distance to car rental, restaurants and shopping. Space to park your car rental with onsite security. Team members respond quickly and the place was nice and clean. I definitley would stay there again.

Easy communication with property owner. Location was ideal for walking around town. Parking was great... but be sure to arrive before 10pm, since the chain goes up. We arrived after that time the first night and ended up parking in front of the building. The condo was comfortable for 2 two people. The rooftop patio with pool was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a one week vacation in Cancun and we stayed at this gorgeous property. The rooms were spacious, dining area was also nice. There are AC in all rooms and living room area. Overall, it was a nice experience for us.

The location is good, but our rooms were very noisy as they faced a major road with heavy traffic throughout the day (sound-reducing windows would have been nice). There are many good restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around due to the central location. The rooms are spacious, and we appreciated the kitchen, washing machine, and complimentary beach towels. However, there were no power outlets near the bed, which was quite inconvenient and felt like a big missed opportunity. Communication with the hotel was often frustrating. There were too many communication channels (Expedia, email, and WhatsApp), yet messages received on Expedia were only automated responses. WhatsApp was somewhat more effective for texting or calling, but even then, staff did not follow up on our request for clean towels or toilet paper. I escalated the issue through Expedia, but it was not resolved and Expedia gave us some OneKeyCash to compensate. Overall, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Excelente propiedad moderna bonita y confortable la habitación, se siente muy bien que todo es nuevo y esta e perfecto estado, se valora. La alberca y areas de solario muy bien cómodas, silenciosas al ser en el roof.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans deux condos différents. Les unités sont très belles et fraîchement rénovées, mais plusieurs détails ont nui au séjour. Dans le premier condo (401), les draps avaient des taches jaunes, la robinetterie était lousse et l’équipement de cuisine était limité. Aucun produit ménager n’était fourni. Dans le second condo, la toilette n’était pas fixée au plancher et le divan était inutilisable, même dangereux. L’équipement de cuisine était complet, mais encore une fois aucun produit d’entretien n’était disponible. Les condos sont superbes et bien situés, mais corriger ces irritants — surtout pour un long séjour — ferait toute la différence. Notez que sur certaines photos vous voyez une laveuse. Vérifiez bien avec l'hébergement si c'est important pour vous. Nous deux unités n'en avaient pas. À noter : l’établissement offre 10 % de rabais pour un bon avis, ce qui peut expliquer certains commentaires trop positifs.

En general fue una buena experiencia y muy buen precio por valor. El staff es muy atento y servicial en la llegada y durante la comunicación antes, durante y después. El apartamento estaba bien, pero recomendamos tener equipo básico de limpieza como escoba y recogedor para que como huésped puedas mantener el espacio limpio constantemente. Solo recomendaríamos prestar más atención al edificio en general. Había daños visibles de humedad en el techo del pasillo de nuestro piso, y se escuchaba agua corriendo por los techos en las noches. El ascensor estaba en mantenimiento al momento de la llegada. El plus de la estadía fue el guardia de seguridad del edificio, quien siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos, así que muy agradecidos por su atención.
