First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep). There was stains of who knows what on almost every wall. We sent pictures to the person who host the property and requested a refund. No response was received. We had to move to a different place anyway. Room 3510 definitely is not recommended.

Nice property and room had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have seen the sun come up from our balcony. Had a small kitchenette. We did not have a table on the balcony which would have been nice and we also had low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable.

The beach view balcony picture sold me instantly. Location was excellent. The condo in general was cute but the walls needed stucco repair and a fresh coat of paint. There was NO cold water in the shower (reported it, but no one replied to my emails and no one came to repair it), showers were a torture. Dusty bathroom shelves, kitchen counters, and nightstand; drapes are so old, they are falling apart, dirty dishes (old food stuck on them), dirty fridge but worked fine, dirty stove and microwave, toaster was not working, tv worked fine, dirty floors, old dirty stained towels, ac worked excellent, pool area was clean and alive everyday, most of the gate guards need training, they acted more like prison guards, some were rude, they forget they are there to make the place secure for the guests, not to treat us suspiciously. Place and area were very safe. I would love to back someday, but only if they repair and clean the place before arrival.

The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant.
Be careful of the balcony view that you book. There are these that you can't step foot on. There are some you can only stand on and some full balconies. They need to put that in the description.

No crowded and stunning views Restaurant: many options around but the one in the property is great food & service Security; very safe. 24/7 guards Room: hotel size. 2 X Twin beds. Great location, pool and beach. Fantastic view from the balcony! Lots of dining options nearby and taxis are always close to take you anywhere you want to go. Only improvement suggestion would be for housekeeping to change sheets and towels more often.

Experiencia formidable, check in sin contacto sin inconveniente, piso alto con apartamento reciclado, moderno, con espectacular vista al mar. Parking cómodo, con tienda de insumos elementales en la propiedad. Solarium y hermosa piscina con vista infinita. Restaurante a la carta con precios razonables y buenos productos. Miguel su anfitrión nos brindó indicaciones amables y precisas para que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. Muy recomendable , no se necesita un “todo incluído”

It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. Posizione Top, è proprio sulla spiaggia ! Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e non è male , eravamo un po’ titubanti ma vi si può mangiare , hanno molta varietà . La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocchino è un po’ più di pulizia , ma visto il posto e la vista dalla stanza è passato tutto in secondo ordine .Anche il check in deve essere migliorato …. Se non hai Wi-Fi è un problema….e sono problemi che devono essere risolto prima da chi gestisce le stanze
