“The perfect middle ground between larger format hotels, and very expensive air-b&b options Check in staff were excellent. Accommodated a late check in, and were friendly and helpful. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but that’s the only thing. Hot tub area is private, and super clean too. ”

“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……

“clean and close to Banff town”

“Nice location. Special thanks to Mingyan 、Nikolas and Jay. They are wondetful two. They spent time patiently telling us how to get there in great details. It makes our trip simple with a lot of fun. We really appreciate their help.”

“Accommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place 😊”

“Stayed in building away from main resort. Was provided a rollaway bed for an extra person who joined us at last minute. Perfect for our photography focused trip. Bathroom door scraped the floor when closing, making a very loud sound. Scrape marks were in the floor from previous use. Q”

“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”
