「overall excellent experience 」

「Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

「The property is very close to the volcano El Arenal, has beautiful views and the staff is great. It is somewhat rustic, but very clean. There is food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The thermal baths are rustic, but very natural and there are three different temperatures. You are close to town, but not walkable. They have tours that will pick you up and the is an Avis car rental place with excellent service. It is best to fly from San José and rent the car in town. Will save you...

「非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。」

「首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。」
