“Excelente servicio muy acogedor”

“La atención muy ineficiente llegamos al hotel,nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones tuvimos que esperar un montón para que nos brindaran una habitación que no era súper pequeña y incómoda . La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.”

“This hideaway resort was fantastic, its not too far from the airport, the restaurants were great, food was decent, but this is not a cheap hotel and its not all-inclusive either, so be prepared. They have on-property activities and tours available on the hotel to book, so overall a good stay and i did enjoy my time there.”

“Great hotel, Edgar and Javier are incredible. They hooked us up with a hot breakfast everyday! They also gave us great recommendations on what to do each day. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the plumbing. Toilet struggled to flush more than twice a day and the shower has a weird smell after a while. Room 323 thank you!”

“Considering the price of this hotel, it did not live up to my expectations. First off, when we arrived to our hotel room, the window was leaking water due to the rain. They gave us towels to soak up the puddles. Secondly, after my first night, I found a bunch of ants on my bed. I informed reception about this and they said they would change the sheets. After changing them, I noticed that the ants were still there and called them again. They arrived with ant repellent, spraying the entire bed……

“Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko……
