“Beautiful clean and safe”

“La atención muy ineficiente llegamos al hotel,nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones tuvimos que esperar un montón para que nos brindaran una habitación que no era súper pequeña y incómoda . La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.”

“Birthday celebration for niece. Family oriented vacation spot but very long to get there from San Jose airport. The breakfast was delicious with vegan options such as fresh fruits, veggies and rice & beans. Internet was good however our TV never worked. The Calypsos night was fantastic.”

“Wonderful stay and location. Housekeeping kept removing our robes for some reason but other than that everything was stellar.”

“We had an enjoyable stay overall. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, and the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The room, however, could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to housekeeping, this would have been an excellent stay.”

“Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko……
