“This was hands-down, the most amazing service and experience we have ever had. The staff is exceptionally kind and hospitable, attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in every way. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and at highly rated resorts, and this surpassed everyone of those experiences. We have never felt so personally cared for on vacation before! This far surpassed any Sandals experience and we will definitely be Secrets customers and Dominican Republic visitors again! I cannot……
