「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The resort was very nice and clean . The people were very attentive to our needs . The staff were nice and friendly and very entertaining. The food was ok in the buffet. The burger in the sports bar was horrible. The Al la carte restaurant were good and the hibachi was great and entertaining.the room was very nice and spacious the only complaint about the room is that it smelled mildewy but other than that it was a great experience for our diets all inclusive stay 」

「It could use a bit TLC and maybe a deep cleaning on the couches I had to use a sheet to be able to seat on the couch it was just too dirty for me. There was some mold in the shower. Other that that our stay was good」
