「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The resort was good, however noisy. The resort staff was pleasant and all would great you respectfully. The food was mostly good, especially at the French restaurant. The staff was accommodating and helpful with setting up excursions and transport. The music on the beach was excessive in the evenings. The room was tidy, however appeared to be a bit outdated.」

「The property was huge with so much to do! We stayed on the adult side and were upgraded to an ocean view! Our room was the perfect location to the pool and beach. At night we watched the show and enjoyed some fun in the casino and disco. We had a great time. 」
