“The building where we stayed did not have elevator. And for my parents and my pregnant wife was difficult to go up and down every time. The bathroom was not safe as the shower is not anti slip, you need to be very carefull to not slip and have an accident. The property overall was perceived as old with necessary repairments and maintenance.”

“We stayed at Zel for one week in June 2026. Overall it was a pleasant experience, suites were quite nice, it was quiet and private. The swimming pools were ok, a bit dated where you notice some wear and tear but generally ok. If you are looking for a quiet and private vacation you won’t be disappointed. “The lobby, pool, and beach area were beautiful. The room on the other hand was horrible. Dusty furniture, stained rugs with dirt that can simply be wiped with a cloth and soap. You could tell that no effort was put into cleaning these rooms. In Addition, the water was brown our first day there, the shower was broken and extremely difficult to turn on.
