“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！”

“The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude. However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude. Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful! Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned……
