Mr. Jeifry Hechel, guest service representative, was outstanding, and he was attentive to us the entire time. He treated us twice as guest, first as Expidia guests and second, as Hotel guests. Thanks to you, everything turned out excellent.”

“This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.”
