"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing experience. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in the heart of everything—Coach, Marshalls, Drunken Cookie, restaurants, shops, and many attractions were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore without needing a car. What made this hotel truly memorable is its rich history. As a historic landmark, it was incredible to walk through the same halls that generations before us once did. That added a unique and meaningful touch to our visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Juan. The outstanding service, perfect location, beautiful amenities, and historic charm made it an unforgettable experience."
