「Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and...

「Great waterpark! Lifeguards were obviously well trained, attentive, and took their jobs seriously. Front desk check in staff was polite and helpful. Staff at the breakfast buffet were pleasant.」

「The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.」

「Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care.」
