“This place ticks the boxes most important to me- the three Cs- Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently located. Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. ”

“We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. ”
