「Short staff a bit and chairs by the pools need to be updated as they are stained and torn. Perhaps more umbrellas as the AZ SUN is hot」

「The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our...

「This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had our own private casita with stunning desert and rock views. The entire resort is lovely and walkable. The pools were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We have already recommended it to all of our friends. We will definitely be back except this time for a longer stay.」
