“We loved staying here. It was just the place to relax and recharge while exploring the area. The house was thoughtfully appointed and decorated. We had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The spot on the canal is so pretty. We live in the Midwest and it was so nice coming here and getting some sunshine and all the lush shades of green all around. We have been to Florida many times but never to this area. It’s gorgeous! “My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage at the RV resort. The neighbohood and ammenities were very nice. The cottage was super clean and well-equipped. Great communication from Bobby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.”

“The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The home and yard were even nicer than pictured. The area was peaceful and beautiful and close to the events we planned near Dade City. The home was roomy, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and great if you’re traveling with a pet. We will rent this again whenever when we’re in the area. Highly Recommend!!”

“It was OK. I can’t give it any more than a two star. There was no microwave. There was no toaster. There was one frying pan small to cook our breakfast in. It was one hand towel in each bathroom and just a few towels in the whole place. There was no washing machine just a dryer to clean this kind of could’ve been a little bit better the refrigerator was dirty. There was leftover food in there that could’ve been thrown out. The workout room consist of a punching bag and a small trampoline which……

“Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out. Book at your own risk !!”
