“This is a new hotel in a beautiful location. I was able to walk everywhere. Parking is not easy, so if you don’t need a car I would skip the rental. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. “This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Edinburgh. We walked everywhere and it was very conveniently placed to do so. Breakfast places were handy, Rose St was close and we stopped there daily to eat/shop. Ed was especially helpful and we still have his map and directions. The room was very small, but clean and modern, and had everything you need. Loved the heated towel rack too! I wish that I had known you also had a hotel in London where we headed next as we would have booked……
