「My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff member had an unfriendly and dismissive attitude, which did not make us feel welcome. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, especially on the second floor. Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, the odor was so strong that it gave me a severe headache. The first room we were assigned was also not very clean, and the smoke smell was...

「My stay was just “okay” when I first arrived I was told my reservation couldn’t be found. Next I was told I have to pay $12 per day for parking in hotel parking lot. Lastly I was told since I’m “only” staying the weekend there will be be no room service.」
