“Dejligt sted!”

“GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. So many Siena sites and churches and shopping within easy walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negative was that there weren’t any spaces or couches to……

“這絕對是在佛羅倫斯住宿的超值選擇。飯店位置絕佳，距歷史城區10分鐘的步行距離，卻有相當寧靜的住宿品質，且附近有不少優質的餐廳和酒吧。民宿位於一間有歷史的住宅內，有電梯，且房間裝潢和設施相當舒適新穎。我們住套房可直接看到亞諾河，房間空間非常寬敞舒適，有免費使用的咖啡機和茶包，浴室相當整潔，淋浴間也夠寬敞。若從火車站來，建議搭計程車，大約10歐左右可以解決行李的問題。民宿職員相當盡責，任何問題都能以電郵協助說明，還有代訂票卷服務，可以代訂教堂、烏菲茲美術館等景點的入場卷和預約時間。離開時也很貼心的幫忙預約足夠四人和四大行李乘坐的計程車，服務極佳！ 因為飯店民宿位於ZTL內，強力建議開車的旅人若選擇這間民宿，最好不要開車，省去停車或車牌報備等各繁鎖程序。”

“1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. “Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. La struttura è ubicata in una zona veramente bella e le stanze sono confortevoli, comode e con la possibilità di cucinare. “Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast offers a lot of choices. Besides we found……
