Initial REaction was great
The whole experience leading up to our trip was wonderful. We were very excited to stay at this home that looked so lovely for our trip. Upon arrival everything looked great and the beds seemed very nice. We reached out before we arrived to see if we could extend our stay by 1-2 nights, but we never got a response throughout our whole trip. Once we started settling in we started to prepare our dinner which was based off the BBQ. All meat and sides were going on the BBQ, but we immediately realized the BBQ had leaking gas so we disconnected. We reached out to the host with no response. Our next issue was when we went to heat the hot tub - It would never get above 88 degrees. It was actually cooler then the pool. This was a huge frustration for my guests as they use a hot tub ever night. Again, I reached out to the host with no reply. We could never get the fireplace working - again no response from the host. We could never get the waterfall working for the pool - again no response from the host. The handle for the very heavy back sliding door was broken - again no response from the host. Lastly, we had toilet issues, but still no response from the host!
Sadly this house was over $9000 for 5 nights and we come often. We come for Coachcella, Stagecoach and now Powertrip and sadly we will never stay here again or at any of the hosts other properties. All we needed was some communication and here we are two weeks after our trip and still no communication. WRONG!
