「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. 」

「I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others. 」
