「I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

「This was the 5th hotel in our travels through Virginia, and it was the only hotel we had some issues with. First, if you are not a smoker, make sure you request a non-smoking room. The first room smelled overwhelmingly like stale smoke. The staff was very helpful and found a non-smoking room for us on the 2nd floor. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was definitely a hint of smoke (maybe from the vents?). We left the door open for awhile to get fresh air into the room. The bedding was...
