「Excessive pet fee of $150 for ONE NIGHT STAY, which was not disclosed during booking. The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. 「Worst service and experience i have had in a very long time. Seeking a refund due to unsafe room (exposed wiring). Front desk argued with me, were sarcastic and rude went as far as tell the kids don’t touch and electrocute themselves…. And ask if the kids pulled the plug put the wall when we had just arrived.. checked out 30 min after i checked in… reported to hilton because it was such a terrible experience. Font desk did nothing but escalate the situation…. Very unprofessional…. No NOT...

I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!」
