"Clean room,staff very helpful "

"Excellent location - close to The Towner, theatres, local shops and restaurants and the beachfront. Quiet at night. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfy. Lounge areas welcoming and well-positioned. Staff at breakfast forgetful and slow. We had an issue with a hair in my breakfast muffin. There was an apology but no offer to bring me anything else. Otherwise, the cooked breakfast was of a good standard; cooked perfectly and served hot, on a hot plate. "

"The hotel was pretty but rundown. It had seen better years. No biscuits in room for coffee. Mattress bumpy, basic amenities. Bonus was they have a carpark but cost £8.00 per day to park. "

"Dirty, poorly maintained, the bathroom had dry pee all over, the shower also had not been cleaned. The fire alarm test was also at 7am on a Monday morning which rudely awoke us. The location is decent but overall at the price we paid we expected a lot better, would not recommend. "
