「The House on Chase Creek is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’ve been telling him about Shelter Island literally for almost 40 years. Well we finally made it and the trip, the home, the welcoming of my dog, was all so just so welcoming and nice. Bill, the proprietor, took great care to answer any questions and tell us about the Island. Then we enter the most immaculate room, as clean as the ritz! 「At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. 」

「Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. thank you! 」
