「Inviting lobby area with comfortable bar on the side. Excellent cocktails! 19th floor room with roomy bathroom & excellent water pressure. Soft, comfortable sheets on moderately firm mattresses. Very prompt room service with nice choices 24/7 (we ordered at midnight). Located about 2 blocks from Miracle Mile. On top of that, customer service was outstanding!」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Magnificent Chicago, definitely we will return to this beautiful , clean and nice place. I just have a recommendation, I like to have more light at the room, for me was so dark, not enough artificial light. 」

「Very clean. Rooms were huge, plenty of space for guests to visit and keep them separate from your bedroom. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was standard. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa in the lobby 24/7 was a nice touch on cold days or any day really. Centrally located and convenient. 2 min walk to the beach. 」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」
