「We had a fun stay at the Drury! Our room had an awesome view of the arch and the river. The staff was helpful and generous with advice. Breakfast was good and the dining area is huge. The only thing about staying downtown is it’s very, very quiet, not many amenities and within a few blocks you’ll see gorgeous abandoned buildings like Louis Sullivan’s beautiful Wainwright building. 」

「This is a great, clean and large hotel very near the Arch. As close as you can get to the Arch, actually. Lots of dining and drinking options within the hotel but limited on options for those outside of the hotel and nearby. But everything else is a quick uber away.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「Wonderful hotel in a historic YMCA building downtown. First class interiors, art collection, ambiance, and rooms. The room was small but well appointed. Very quiet. All amenities (no microwave), including wonderful Italian coffee machine. We also had an amazing cocktail hour with the bartender in the lobby. He knows his craft very well. We’ll be starting here often in the future. 」

「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee.
