“We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish. “Amazing hotel, you get great value for money with a varied buffet-style breakfast, spa access with saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pools, as well as direct access to the sea! Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs.”

“The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The experience contrasts with other 5 star hotels where the service is……
