"Great hotel, nice location on the water. Booked a hotel through Expedia, Expedia didn’t send over the payment so I was charged by the hotel. When the hotel refunded my money, I realized that Expedia charged me $600.52 while the hotel charged me $460.69 for the same stay. Definitely check the cost of booking directly with the hotel versus Expedia before you make your reservations."

"Booked the location because of the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to have received notification that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Only found out after I was checking in. Asked for a discount since they were unable to provide what they advertised, but I was told I couldn't get one because I booked via a 3rd party website. Asked for a discount for the next time I come and was told to ask for the manager (doubt that will ever happen). Probably not going to go there again. Will say the breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of delicious items, along with healthy alternatives. Clean and accommodating."

"There was a leak on the floor by elevator on wing I on third floor. Other than that, room was clean, water pressure was good, non slip tub, staff was nice. A little out dated, but didn't ruin our stay."

"I was traveling with my daughter, and saw they had $100/room off, so I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Pulling in, I quickly discovered this actually part of the Raddison hotel. I had previously stayed at the Raddison and it was not the best, but not horrible. If I had know they were the same hotel I would not have stayed here. (My stay at the Raddison was over a year ago, and everything felt worn out and dirty. The gps actually took me to the Raddison front desk and this time it did feel fresh and clean) Upon checking in, I always check my room for cleanliness. Room 1 had a crack pipe under the mattress and room two smelled of mold. We checked out immediately after. No WiFi. No fridges in the room. And I do not recall seeing a microwave. Dresser drawers did not work. And the room door had to be pushed closed in order to latch. No ADA accessibility. No sense of security; I would have worried about my vehicle overnight. Also the picture is what the room layout looked like, but I swear it was photoshopped. Our room looked nothing like it. Overall, do NOT stay here EVER."
