「Our stay was absolutely incredible! The owner is very professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The views are PRICELESS! Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available.」

Two things are the worst among all weaknesses of an old property: the host is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When you have needs he doesn’t want to help, he simply kicks you out without thinking clients position. The second point is there is only hot water in the morning and evening according to him.
