「Clean space with very friendly service」

「Is perfect」

「Fantastic day! Highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic and very personable, helpful, and available! It was very clean well appointed in a great spot. There are three flights of stairs but being in our mid 60s, we were able to do it! Don’t let that stop you from staying there. Great location to get on the bus to go to New York City! Very convenient and safe highly recommend staying there.」

「Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links.」

「Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this...

「We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

「This was a great value. We have a huge family and being able to have a bed for everyone was great. There are very steep at stairs to enter. It was also very convenient to get into NYC via bus.」

「Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. We found mold around the bathtub drain, stains in the sink, visible stool residue in a toilet bowl, hair in an upstairs bathroom, and dust and glitter-like debris on the bathroom floor, suggesting the floors had...

「We stayed in the Maple House for 3 days during our vacation in New York , and as it was our first stay place alongside our other trips throughout the states , it exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best stay vacation spot . Sean , the host of the house was in touch with us all the time , offering help with anything we needed and furthermore he was really friendly and kind . The house is in the perfect location, close to Prospect Park and 3-4 blocks away from subway station, all...

「Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. 」
