“Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. ”

“The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk from St Andrews Sq tram stop., With 7 people, we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable . Just a few min walk to several coffee shops. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.”

“We stayed at Gayfield Place the last week of September. The house is an easy walk from the Picardy Place tram stop and very close to St James Square which is a large shopping mall. You can store your luggage at customer service for a reasonable fee if your flight arrives early.The house is lovely. Its an older home with beautiful molding. The kitchen is large with full appliances. The lounge was nice with comfy furniture. There is a city bus stop in front of the house and an easy walk to the hop……

“The flat worked out very well for friend group of 4 couples. Excellent location. Kitchen faucet needed some work. The beds were a bit hard. As most reviews reported, the entryway to the building still needs some lighting and work, but overall it was very good for our group.”
