“I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“HIDDEN TREASURE! Love this place, it's our new Tampa area hotel. It was our 25th anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make it special. For an extra fee of course, they outfitted our room with extra amenities. Love it , love it, LOVE IT! If I could give it 10 stars I would.”

“Our AC made a horrible noise all night and then at 6:30am it went out making an even louder noise. When we were checking out the lady at the front desk was rude and not sympathetic about what we just experienced and my family got no sleep. Building was nice, I believe it’s new and for being newer shouldn’t have the problems we experienced”
