"Good short stay . Only issue is with the access to hotel from car park 4. Even though it’s opposite, you have to walk all the way down to airport to access zebra crossing. The only other option is to walk across a busy roundabout. Not easily accessible for people with disabilities "

"Everything from checking in to checking out ran smoothly room very clean and comfortable, only issue was no shampoo in the shower and I couldn’t find out how to open and ask for a refill. "

"Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"

"Hotel was well worth the cost. Close to airport/nec and Birmingham internatoonal rail. 5 munutes walk to station. "

"Decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great but room was clean and bathroom/shower were good. Room didn’t get cleaned for a 2 night stay which I would have expected but overall happy with the stay and would use again for business travel. "
