“I would recommend this hotel over all others in the area. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were some of the best I have slept in. The hotel manager/who is also the owner stayed up late to make sure we were able to check in…. We were running a little late. The only issue we had was one of the bridges in town was under construction so we had a hard time finding the way to the hotel at 11:00 at night. Luckily the manager was able to give us directions. ”

“Bed and pillows were very comfortable Room has a large tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom is smaller, however the shower head was amazing with different settings. There is also a very comfortable automated recliner with a phone charger. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. I stay here when I am in town.”

“In need of some TLC. Clean but outdated. Our mattress was soft and we rolled to the center. I thought it was way overpriced for the condition it was in.”

“Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. ”

“This was the perfect getaway for our girl's weekend! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There were lots of bugs, but that's to be expected this time of year when they're looking to hunker down for winter! We loved our stay and are looking forward to another visit!”

“Room.. well, let's see... Hot water was nowhere to be found. Just barely warm enough for a shower. Tv had a huge crack down the middle of it. Microwave was filthy. People were super nice & the room was cheap. ”

“It is very unique; located in a quaint town of very friendly people. From our window we saw deer, wild turkey, and a really cool buzzard's roost in a dead tree downslope from our cabin. Hot Springs was our base of operations while we visited Wind Cave NP, The Mammoth Site, Evans Plunge pool, Devils Tower NM, Spearfish Canyon Scenic Drive, Badlands NP, Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore NM and Crazy Horse Memorial!!! Laundry facility for guests was exceptional and very clean. Visiting with Robin……
