House very clean, basic necessities. Good parking. 2 steps in for folks with mobility issues. One step in shower and one tub. Hot water with good water pressure. 1 king room and 2 beds in another room. Great kitchen, has ice maker. Also screened in porch with table and chairs. Decent walk down stairs to a great……
