「Beautiful property and facilities! The staff were all friendly but seemed new and confused some of the time. The daily resort fee is too expensive if you don’t participate in the offered classes, etc. Overall, we had a great stay.」

「Great family vacation spot! It was so close to crystal beach, few minutes walking distance. We will never forget how beautiful the area was, the beaches were clean, not crowded, lots of room for recreation activities. The hotel had everything we needed for the trip, they cleaned it every morning and provided us with clean supplies. They also responded very quickly for a maintenance problem which we had on but it was not a big deal, it was fixed. The front desk lady was very nice, accommodating....

「We really did enjoy our stay here. They had a great breakfast selection, definitely something for everyone. The small pool was perfect for our kids. The beach is very close, and beautiful. The only complaint I have is I paid a certain amount for a view of the water, however my room faced another building. I didn't say anything to the very friendly women at the front desk, because they let me check in about an hour early.」

「Todo estuvo excelente, limpieza increíble ( servicio diario de limpieza en la habitación) instalaciones muy buenas y limpias, con áreas de juegos super para familias con hijos y la piscina tipo río es excelente la playa al frente y la Vista de la habitación increíble. Solo recomendaría que el servicio del restaurante para las cenas sea eficiente ya que estuvimos más de una hora esperando y nada que traían nuestra comida y al final tuvimos que cancelar la orden porque nos íbamos a desmayar del...

「This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! 」
