「Amy’s loft apartment was exactly what we were looking for to be in town and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rocky Mountain National Park is less than an hour away; we hiked to Dream Lake at the Bear Lake entrance- a really nice day hike. The apartment was super clean and we loved the fresh modern/mountain decor. The bed was very comfortable too! We had a question about check-in and Amy responded immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Estes Park....

「The condo is very close to the park entrance yet far enough from busy roads to be very quiet. The small swimming pool was great for cooling off after hiking. 」

「Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street.」

「We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues. 」

「This place was the perfect place to stay for a wedding at the Black Canyon Inn. Short walking distance to the venue. Beautiful views, very clean, excellent communication from owners. Thanks for a great stay!」

「The loft was so conveniently located right along the river walk and easy walk to everything downtown. Super clean and the most comfortable bed Ive ever had in a VRBO.」

「Property was as listed. Close to RMNP entrance. Easy walk to shops and places to eat. The parking was a bit funky but that was in part to how the first person to park there parked their vehicle. We parked in the town lot right across the street with no problems ( we did display the parking placard that was provided)」

「We enjoyed our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Estes. Property matched description and images well. It was very clean, comfy bed, and adequate kitchen. Our only complaint is its a lower level unit so we heard the people up stairs moving around a lot. 」

「clean, efficient and adequately furnished. Rear balcony has a great view. better signage to reach the building would be helpful.」

「Very clean, well located lodge with outdoor deck perfect for morning and evening coffee or meals. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms can be a little stuffy so open the windows or use the window unit A/C. The garbage disposal was not working and the toaster was broken but don't let this dissuade you as these are easy fixes. Definitely recommend. We would stay there again.」

「WOW! We just left and I miss it already. This is the perfect place to stay! Fully stocked, comfy, and beautiful scenery. The backyard is like a dream! Estes Park is now one of our fav places and we will be back to this beautiful condo!」

「The view of the continental divide is superb!」

「This is an excellent place in an extraordinary location. The river below is beautiful from the large balcony. The hand-carved wood furniture is impressive. We had everything we needed, plus a gift basket with hot chocolate to mix after a long day of fun. 」
